Info Returns
- When purchasing products from the Website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, except as stated below. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the ordered product.
- When you make your purchase via the Website, you have the right to open the packaging and check that the product is intact, but if an item has been sealed, you may not break the seal.
- You are responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive the product until we receive it.
- If you cancel your purchase before shipment has been booked, we will refund all payments we have received from you including delivery costs.
- If you cancel your purchase after the shipment has been booked, we will refund all payments we have received from you excluding delivery costs.
- The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 7 days from the day we have received and checked your return. Refund will be made via the payment method you chose when ordering unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to SEK 150 for return shipping & handling which will be deducted from your refund.
Info Complaints
- We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and that you report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or delivery point and note the damage on the shipping documents.
- If the product is faulty, damaged or incomplete, you must make a complaint as soon as possible after you discover the fault by filling out the complaint form [here].
- Complaints made within two weeks of discovering the error are considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
- If you need to send the incorrect, damaged or incomplete item by post, ToothTab Co AB is responsible for the shipping.
- You are responsible for the condition of the product being claimed from the time you receive the product until we receive it.
- Once we have received the product you are complaining about and determined that the complaint is valid, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law. This means that the defect will be repaired or that we will replace the defective product with a new one. If this is not possible or if we otherwise deem it more cost-effective, we may instead refund the amount you paid for your order including shipping costs.
- Please note that we have the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable law and that in such a case we will not refund any return shipping costs.
Instructions
- These instructions apply to both returns and complaints.
- Start by filling out the form below, making sure to write the reason for your return or complaint in the comments field.
- We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and reviewed.
- Returned products must be sent in original packaging complete with all accessories.
- Pack the goods well to avoid damage.
- Write your order number and "Return" or "Complaint" on a piece of paper and put it in the return package.
